After studying my Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Chelsea College of Art, I then went to Winchester School of Art to study a BA in Textile Design (specialising in printed textiles). My final project was based upon vintage patterns and stylised landscapes.
Once I had completed my degree, I worked as a freelance textile designer in London. During this time I created for computer based designs for fashion, as well as unique hand-printed pieces for fashion and the home.
In 2010 I moved to Bristol where I continued to work as a freelance textile designer.
My current work is influenced by my love of travel, the North Somerset landscape and the family flock of chickens. I feel that much of this work is about re-exploring the themes and styles that inspired me during my time at Winchester School of Art.
I do regular local markets around the Bristol area. You can find me at the Pill Community Market, as well as Long Ashton, Clevedon and Tickenham. Please get in touch through the contact page to find out where I will be next.
